Our children’s services team is leading the way with exciting developments to further improve the lives of children and families in Blackpool. As a result, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Catering Assistant to support in our Family Hub Café. The Catering Assistant will be based within our Family Hubs and will support the Community Cook to provide food and drink on a daily basis within the cafe in accordance with the standards required of the Council and those imposed by statute. This will include providing a warm welcome to our hubs and ensure that healthy nutritional food is on offer. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience of working in a catering environment.
