Salary: NJC Grade D SCP 7-11 £26,403 - £28,142 per annum

We are seeking organised and enthusiastic individuals to join our Social Care Purchasing Unit, a dynamic team dedicated to arranging and managing care services for adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange Care Services: Collaborate with care providers to set up services for clients as directed by Social Work professionals.
  • Manage Information: Record and maintain accurate data on core systems.
  • Client Interaction: Work directly with clients, their families, social work professionals, and care providers to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Task Management: Prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in a busy and demanding team environment.
  • IT Proficiency: Competent in working with various IT systems.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting information from diverse sources and confidently challenging data when necessary.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
