Our children’s services team is leading the way with exciting developments to further improve the lives of children and families in Blackpool. As a result, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced Family Workers to join us in delivering Early Help services across the town.

Family Workers work closely with our Family Hubs delivering all age targeted services to children and their families and working alongside partners in a locality to build a strong system of Early Help.
We are looking for family workers who are experts in engaging families and other agencies; experience of holding a case load of families and in delivering evidence based programmes is vital.

This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive team who are passionate about Early Help and committed to ensuring improved outcomes for children and their families.

Are you the passionate candidate we’re looking for? You’ll need:
• A background in case management with a proven ability to work creatively with families
• Excellent communication skills and a tenacious approach to working alongside partner agencies.
• The ability to deliver high quality practice and embrace our Blackpool Families Rock approach
• To be a reflective practitioner who embraces and promotes strengths based work.

If you’d like to join us at this exciting and innovative time, and want to make a real difference to people’s lives, apply today!
