We are seeking skilled, motivated and passionate Team Managers to lead our Supporting Our Children Team, working with children and young people who are in our care. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for an experienced social work professional who is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of children in our care, is passionate about improving outcomes and promoting stability and belonging for our children. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to supporting reunification and permanency planning where this meets children’s needs. You should have the ability to inspire, motivate and support social workers and be confident in making child focused decisions.
