Contract Type: Permanent We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SEND Admin Officer to join our fantastic team at CHS South. This is a permanent post working 35 hours per week, all year round. The starting salary is £26,403 Grade 4, to start as soon as pre employment checks are complete. Under the direction of the Senior Leadership team and SENDCO Lead, you will provide efficient, responsive and high-quality administrative support to the Targeted Additional Support Team. You will work independently to manage administrative procedures, ensure compliance with school policies, and contribute positively to the wider ethos and aims of the school. We are looking for an outstanding Administrator to join our Additional Support Team who will work collaboratively to ensure that the department’s administration runs efficiently and effectively. This is a varied role requiring a proactive and highly organised individual who can manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the SEND provision while providing excellent service to colleagues, students, parents and external agencies. You will be well organised, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including parents, colleagues, students and external professionals. You will have strong ICT and administrative skills, enabling you to maintain accurate records, produce reports, analyse data and meet deadlines consistently.
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Qualifications Required: Numeracy/literacy skills (at a level equivalent to NVQ Level 2)
Start Date: 25th August 2026
Salary: £26,403 - £28,142 per annum
