We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to lead on Behaviour and Standards and join our ambitious and dedicated Senior Leadership Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving high standards of behaviour, attendance, attitudes to learning and student culture across the school.

Our school is a successful, oversubscribed secondary school with a strong reputation within the local community. We are proud of the positive culture that exists across the school, underpinned by high expectations, strong relationships and a shared commitment to ensuring every student achieves their full potential. Students are well supported, engage positively in school life and achieve well.

The school was inspected by Ofsted in March 2026 and inspectors recognised the calm and purposeful atmosphere across the school, the high expectations established by leaders and staff, and the positive attitudes to learning demonstrated by students. Attendance, behaviour and the culture for learning were also recognised as strengths of the school.
