Your Role
We are looking for a PE lead to champion the physical development and wellbeing of pupils with complex learning, medical, and behavioural needs. You will drive the delivery of high-quality, adaptive PE, ensuring every lesson is tailored to empower all learners.
You will also provide strategic and operational leadership for the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze and Silver Awards ensuring that the programme is delivered to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
By fostering a culture of safe, inclusive, and ambitious participation, you will enable our SEND pupils to reach new heights of independence.
You will be responsible for excellent outcomes, working collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum pathways and contribute to whole school improvement.

Castle Hill High School is a special school for students, aged 11 18, with significant and complex needs. We currently have 349 students on roll. Our most recent Ofsted inspection, judged the school to be Outstanding.
