The successful candidate will:

• Have GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Mathematics
• Have their HLTA qualification or willing to work toward it
• Motivate and engage all pupils
• Be able to use their initiative and be resourceful
• Be a strong team member
• Love working with children
• Have patience and communication skills
• Have an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding
• Have experience of running intervention programmes

Salary: £34,435 - £38,220 p.a. (£27,310 - £31,272 pro-rata, term-time + 1 week)

Hours: 5 days per week (34 hours per week term time only + 1 week)
