This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust. St. Patrick’s is looking for a HLTA who is experienced in working as Teaching Assistant across both KS1 AND KS2. In your role as a HLTA you will perform additional duties to a Teaching Assistant. You will support teaching and learning in classes as well as planning and preparing lessons when the class teacher is not available. Where necessary, you will also deliver support to small groups to help improve outcomes for pupils. As this role includes working across both KS1 and KS2, you should be confident in working with all ages. You should be an excellent communicator, committed to meeting the needs of all pupils and willing to adapt.
