Contract Type: Permanent North Ridge is an Outstanding specialist high school for pupils with persistent and complex special educational needs, aged 11-19 years. We are a fast developing school split across two sites, that incorporates a range of student led businesses, located at our 6th Form Hub in Cheetham Hill. What we are looking for: The leadership team and school governors seek to appoint a dynamic, hard working individual who will live up to our school motto of “do your best”. The suitable candidate to this post will be able to teach pupils with a range of learning disabilities and associated needs. The Leadership Team wish to appoint a Qualified Teacher (Candidates on UPS will be considered) required for January 2026.
Our students range in ability from Early Years to Year 3, and your teaching will be dynamic, hands-on, and imaginative.
