Qualified Social Worker – Adult Services

We’re looking for passionate, skilled social worker to join our dynamic Community Social Work Team. This is your chance to work in a vibrant seaside town, supporting adults to live independently and thrive. You’ll play a key role in strength-based practice, collaborating with community groups, voluntary organisations, and health partners to deliver creative, person-centred solutions.

Empower adults to achieve independence and prevent future needs.
Use innovative approaches, including reablement and commissioned services.
Apply your expertise in Adult Social Care legislation with confidence.
Work autonomously, making impactful decisions that change lives.
