Contract Type: Fixed Term At Holy Trinity we are extremely proud of our children and our school. All of our existing staff and governors work hard to provide the very best standard of education for the children in our care. Our aim is for our children to become the best that they can be. To support this aim, we have adopted a nurturing approach within Holy Trinity and are using the 6 Nurture principles to support us. Due to one of our existing team taking a period of maternity leave we are seeking to appoint a reliable and self-motivated Finance & HR Officer who possesses excellent communication skills and who will work well within our existing team. The successful candidate will assist the School Business Manager in providing a comprehensive and accurate financial and human resources administration service to the school. Our ideal candidate would have excellent organisation and communication skills, a flexible approach to work and have prior experience of working within either a finance or human resources environment. Whilst applications are encouraged from candidates with previous experience of working within the school environment, we would be willing to provide training in this area for someone that we believe would bring relevant skills/experience from a different sector. Salary: £29,994 - £30,485 per annum
