Our Vision: 'Grow Strong and Bear Fruit'

Rooted in the love of Christ, our mission is to nurture the unique potential within every child, helping them flourish academically, creatively, and spiritually. We strive to provide a nurturing environment where children develop not just knowledge, but character, kindness, and resilience.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Substantial leadership experience as a Senior Leader, Assistant Head, or Deputy Head with a proven track record of delivering whole-school improvement.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a deep understanding of primary education.
High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate our staff, students, and parents.
The ability to think strategically, using data and insight to drive improved outcomes for all pupils.
An unwavering commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.

What We Can Offer You
A highly competitive salary (L6-10) and a permanent contract.
The chance to lead a school with a strong sense of community and a clear, faith-inspired mission.
Exceptional professional support from collaborative network of local schools.
A nurturing and vibrant environment where you are empowered to develop a successful culture.
The opportunity to be the chief ambassador for a school that is truly rooted in its community.
