About the Role As a Social Worker in our Assessment & Support Team, you will: Complete timely, high-quality assessments that identify risk, need, and strengths Build meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring the child’s voice is central Work collaboratively with partners to deliver effective safeguarding interventions Use our “Blackpool Families Rock” practice model to support strengths-based, co-produced plans Contribute to clear planning that drives progress and reduces drift for children This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same—and where your work has a direct and lasting impact.
