We are inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Quality Assurance Team working across all areas of Adult Social Care including our Learning Disabilities Team and Autism Teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in working in a busy and demanding team, engaging with a diverse range of individuals within the community. Role Overview: As a member of the Quality Assurance Team within the whole area of Adult Services, you will be the first point of contact, handling calls and emails from service users and other professionals on behalf of Social Work professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing support and signposting advice, managing, and recording information on core systems, and collaborating directly with social work professionals, care providers, clients, and their families to deliver excellent service.
