We are seeking to appoint highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team as soon as possible at Oakwood main site and Willows primary provision. We are looking for applicants who have high expectations for all students and are committed to developing their full potential. Previous experience in working with ASD / SEND pupils is desirable. Applicants are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills in order to support learning, have the ability to promote independence and confidence and be an excellent role model to all. Salary Grade: Range 5-8 / Point 5 -£25,583 (pro rated) inclusive of SNA 1
The successful applicants will be required to provide support to pupils with a range of learning needs at Oakwood main site and Willows primary provision.
You must have a caring, positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team, and able to use your own initiative and to work without supervision.
