Join us in making a real difference in Blackpool! We’re looking for passionate, skilled coordinator to join our exciting Public Health Team on the Changing Futures Programme. This is your chance to work in a vibrant seaside town, supporting adults at risk of multiple disadvantage to thrive. You’ll play a key role in coordination of service provision, collaborating with statutory stakeholders, voluntary organisations, and health partners to deliver creative, person-centred solutions.
