Role summary This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure effective management of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) processes, with a strong focus on Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The postholder works collaboratively with staff, parents/carers and external agencies to support pupil wellbeing and ensure that all statutory requirements are met within legal timeframes. Key responsibilities include coordinating EHCP reviews, maintaining accurate pupil records on the MIS system, organising and minuting meetings, and liaising with a range of professionals and agencies. The role also involves supporting PEP processes, monitoring parental engagement, and ensuring all documentation is prepared, updated and distributed efficiently. In addition, the position provides general administrative support to the wider pastoral and administrative team, while upholding safeguarding, health and safety, and professional conduct standards at all times.
