We are seeking highly talented and ambitious people to join our Adolescent Team. Our children’s services team is leading the way with exciting developments to further improve the lives of children and families in Blackpool. As a result, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Personal Advisor to work in our Adolescent Service delivering bespoke services across the town. This service brings together teams who deliver support to young people and their families, including our young people with care experience, those involved with youth justice as well as support to young people with substance misuse or sexual health needs and young people requiring support with education, training and employment destinations. This is a rare opportunity to join a supportive and forward thinking team of people, committed to ensuring a quality service is provided. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated practitioner to work as part of a Team serving young people in care and young people leaving our care to ensure they are supported in a positive transition to adulthood and independence.
