Teaching Assistant Level 3

We are seeking to appoint a number of full time and part time Level 3 Teaching Assistants on a permanent contract to join our team across our various sites, including, in the first instance, our Swinton site (M27 5LP), Little Hulton (M28 0BD) and Craig Hall Irlam (M44 5XB).

Please note full time hours are 32.5 per week TTO and the part time hours are 16.5 per week TTO.

Please specify in your application if your preference would be full time or part time hours, and also if you would have a preferred site if successful.

Springwood is a large primary age Special School (375 pupils aged 5 11) based over a number of sites, which caters for pupils with moderate, severe and complex needs.

• Previous experience of working with young people of school age who may have challenging behaviour and complex needs, preferably within an educational setting.
• Are you ready to develop your skills and expertise to lead groups of pupils?
• Do you have the drive to develop your skills and expertise in a nominated area of specialist communication?
