Early Years Practitioner - 12.5 hours per week, term time plus 1 week working 39 weeks per year

Salary: Grade 4, £7,227 - £7,577 per annum. £13.26 - £13.90 per hour

Midday Assistant - 5 hours per week, term time plus 1 week working 39 weeks per year

Salary: Grade 2, £2,914 per annum. £13.05 per hour

After School Club Assistant - 10 hours per week, term time plus 1 week working 39 weeks per year

Salary: Grade 3, £5,921 per annum. £13.26 per hour

The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative Early Years Practitioners to join our creative, happy school. The successful applicants will be required to support the new Nursery class. You will also support our After School Club as well as lunchtime cover.

Hours of work: 12pm to 5.30pm:

Midday Assistant 5 hours Level 1, Grade 2 12pm-1pm

Early Years Practitioner 12.5 hours Level 3, Grade 4 1pm-3.30pm

After School Club Assistant 10 hours Level 2, Grade 3 3.30pm-5.30pm

The successful candidates must be able to liaise closely with Class Teachers and other members of staff. The ability to use your own initiative is essential and the ideal candidate will be able to promote our Christian values and ethos. The candidate must understand the confidential nature of their position.

The hours for both posts will be 27.5 per week, working term time only plus one extra week to cover inset and training days.

The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Midday team and Class Teachers. Duties may also involve dealing with first aid issues.
