Aquinas is a thriving Catholic Sixth Form College in Stockport with over 2400 FTE students. The college wishes to appoint to the following permanent post to start in the autumn term 2026:

Learning Support Assistant (Mainstream) 35.5 hours per week - term time (44.4 weeks) to support students with learning difficulties and disabilities to access the curriculum, develop their skills and succeed on their courses. Most of this support is on A Level or Level 3 BTEC courses.
Salary scale £25,951 - £26,343 (pro rata actual salary £21,202 - £21,522)

The above appointment will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Association (SFCA) Support Staff Pay Scale, as specified. Candidates must be innovative, enthusiastic and must meet the appropriate person specification.
