Moston Lane Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Class Teacher. Who ideally has an interest and qualifications in SEND to join our supportive and welcoming team.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences and committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.
This a wide ranging and demanding post and the successful will be someone special who has:
- Proven experience as a general class teacher across the primary phase
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective classroom practice
- Experience working with children with SEND, including adapting lessons to meet individual needs as the position maybe in a SEND class.
- Excellent lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management skills
- The ability to create an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
- High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
We are looking for someone who is caring, organised, and motivated, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents alike. The position will depend on the candidates strengths
