We are looking for dedicated and inspirational teaching assistants to come and join our amazing, warm and supportive team. Redwood is a large special school for learners with a wide range of complex SEND from 11-19. This is an exciting time for Redwood; demand for places is high and we are expanding further. There are different areas you can specialise in, and you can express preference and skillset in any of the following: Purpose of the Role To complement and enhance the work of teachers by taking responsibility for planning, delivering, and evaluating teaching and learning activities for individuals, groups, and whole classes. A key element of the role is to deliver highquality wholeclass teaching cover, including during teacher PPA time and other planned or unplanned absences, ensuring continuity of learning and positive behaviour.
