Teaching Assistant Level 3 Required to start: September 2026 Pattern of Hours: 36.25 hours per week; Term Time Only Plus 2 training days (192 days total) Day Pattern: 8am - 4pm (Mon, Tue, Wed) , 8am - 3.45pm (Thurs), 8am - 3pm (Fri) About us: The Watergrove Trust is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust, situated in the West Pennine area, where community and faith schools work in partnership to serve our diverse local area. We are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning. The successful candidate will initially be deployed across all year groups and work alongside staff to support families. Support may be required in other areas at the discretion of the Senior Leadership Team. As a Level 3 TA, you will complement the teachers' delivery of the curriculum by working in a variety of roles. These include supporting individual children or small groups with SEND, delivering and leading interventions, and fostering the development of groups within a play-based and classroom environment. You may also be asked to cover teacher absences, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
