Pattern of Hours: 36.25 hours per week; Term Time Only (192 days)

Salary: Grade 3; pt 5-6

The Watergrove Trust is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust, situated in the West Pennine area, where community and faith schools work in partnership to serve our diverse local area. The schools share the same drive and determination to promote the best possible academic standards, whilst developing children of unique character, preparing them well for their lives ahead.

After expanding in 2024, the Trust has seven member schools:

• Wardle Academy Matthew Moss High School and Falinge (Secondary)
• Kentmere Academy, St. James’ CE Primary School, St. Andrew’s C of E Primary School, Moorhouse Academy, Sandbrook Community Primary School and St Mary's (Primary)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated and talented team to provide additional learning support.

We are looking for someone who ideally has;

• Experience of working with children and ideally children with SEND
• High expectations of themselves and the team and children they work with.
• Is aware of, and respond appropriately to, individual pupils’ needs
• Has confidence in implementing strategies to support the child’s learning and development
• Will promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
• Is creative and can produce high quality displays.
• Patient, nurturing and positive, able to build relations built on trust and respect.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to support colleagues, children and families
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
• Able to work in partnership with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to secure the best outcomes for our children and families
