Only those candidates selected for interview will be notified. The Governors seek to appoint a well motivated, flexible and enthusiastic Lunch Time Support Assistant to join our committed staff team. Rodney House school is a Primary Specialist Support school supporting children with a range of complex learning needs including ASD. The successful candidate will be required to provide high quality support over lunchtime, to pupils with additional needs. This will include supporting healthy eating, engaging pupils with a range of lunchtime activities and supporting children to develop their self-help skills, as well as following personal care regimes for students as appropriate. We looking for someone who is pro-active, can multi task and who can play! We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, younger learners and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff and volunteers to share the same commitment. The above post will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references and will be exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
