Contract Type: Permanent Your role will include: You will be based within Rodney House School and work across Manchester supporting both settings. The candidate will have to have access to a car with business insurance. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and highly motivated person to provide city‑wide outreach support, advice and guidance to school nurseries and Early Years teams, offering specialist guidance to help children with emerging SEND needs. You will be able to strengthen inclusive practice through training, modelling, and collaborative working with staff and services. The post requires a person who has a sound knowledge of child development, excellent communication, listening and inter-personal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: Full Time, 35hrs per week

Salary: £33,143 per annum
