Your Role

We are looking to appoint two Afterschool Club Assistants to work in our wraparound care ‘Stay & Play’. We are a welcoming, inclusive school and it is important to us that we find the right person for our children.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, conscientious, efficient and honest, someone who is able to use their skills to support and enhance all aspects the After School Club. You will work as part of the After School Club Team in a flexible and professional manner. You will have excellent self-organisation skills and the ability to use your initiative and work independently, as well as forming strong relationships with the children and parents.

We require a practitioner who:

  • Believes that all children deserve the best
  • Understands the needs faced by children of different backgrounds and abilities
  • Sees the value of team and partnership working
  • Able to work under own initiative

The successful applicant needs to be an effective team member, have lots of energy, enthusiasm and be flexible within their working day.
