The Aspire Federation Oakfield High School & College Salary: Grade 8, £31,937 - £35,814 per annum. 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks working 40 weeks per year Required for as soon as possible Candidates must have GCSE English and Maths, Grade C or equivalent relevant qualification Proof must be provided. Some experience of working with children is also desirable and a willingness to undertake a Teaching Assistant qualification. The Aspire Federation has four sites based in Hindley, Bryn, Abram and Leigh. Whilst the post will initially be based at Oakfield High School or Aspire College, please be advised that the post holder may be required to work across all of the federated sites. The Role The Aspire Federation is seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and dynamic Pastoral Manager with experience, knowledge and understanding of personal development, well-being and Pastoral care. You will be part of an outstanding team, providing high quality Pastoral care for all learners, of all abilities in a safe learning environment.
