£26,403 - £28,142 per annum

New Bridge Multi-Academy Trust is a vibrant, aspirational and inclusive multi-academy trust of eight special schools and two specialist post-16 provisions across Oldham, Tameside and Rochdale. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised HR Assistant to join our welcoming central HR team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people, and wants to make a real difference in a meaningful sector.


The successful candidate will:

  • Support the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Keep our employee records accurate and up to date using our HR system and online personal files.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction for new starters, ensuring we adhere to safer recruitment guidelines
  • Help with HR administration tasks including contracts, letters, and payroll changes.
  • Being a friendly and helpful point of contact for staff and managers across our schools, providing routine HR advice and guidance
  • Have a positive and proactive attitude someone who is eager to learn and willing to get stuck in.
  • Have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Be a confident communicator with a warm, approachable style.
