Broadstone Hall Primary School Job Title: Admin Officer Finance support The Headteacher and Governors at Broadstone Hall Primary School are seeking to appoint an administrator with financial experience. The role is currently for 15 hours per week, term time only. The role is currently split over 5 days, however there is flexibility to split the hours over fewer days for the right candidate. The successful candidate is required to work under pressure whist maintaining a helpful and polite attitude at all times. At Broadstone Hall Primary School we are one big family and a central part of the community. We are looking for someone who has the ability to build strong relationships with all our children, families and staff. Pay: Scale 3 SCP5 to SCP6.

Administrator Financial support
The successful candidate is required to work independently using their own initiative and also be an efficient member of our school team. You must have previous experience of working with Microsoft products including Word and Excel. You will be responsible for placing orders and processing invoices. As well as providing administrative support for our Headteacher and Business Manager when required. Experience of working in a busy school environment is desirable and effective communication skills are vital within this role.
