Key Stage 1/2 Teacher Required from September 2026

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and dynamic Key Stage 1/2 teacher to ensure that our children continue to make outstanding progress throughout their primary school life.

To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of good or better classroom practice, particularly in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2; be able to work effectively in a team; have an excellent understanding of how children learn and enjoy meeting the challenges that being a class teacher can bring.

You will need to demonstrate:
Full support of our CARE values, child-centred ethos and restorative approach.
An excellent, in-depth understanding of the Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
Very high expectations of your teaching, children's progress, attainment and behaviour.
A commitment to develop and exceed all children’s potential, regardless of their starting points.
Clear drive and ambition, with a dedication to continuous professional development.
The ability to communicate effectively with parents/carers, children, governors and staff.
That you are adaptable to change, new developments and initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
A positive attitude to challenge, self-motivation and a good sense of humour.
A strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills.
