The School Crossing Patrol Service are looking for Community Superheroes to join our team of Crossing Patrol Attendants You will be committed to keeping the children of Blackpool and their mums and dads safe on the journey to and from school. This role requires someone who can be available at short notice to stand in for sickness and other absences for School Crossing patrols in 36 locations across the town. The applicant must be prepared to travel using their own vehicle & Travel Expenses will be paid. We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, reliable and organised people who enjoy meeting children and their carers to join our team and help pedestrians in Blackpool to cross busy roads. A retainer payment equivalent to 7.5 hours per week is paid and Mobile Reliefs are then paid for the additional work that they undertake. Full uniform and training is supplied and holidays are to be taken during the school holiday periods.
