The Wings’ CE Trust Based at: St Mark’s CE Primary School Alexandra Street Newtown Wigan WN5 9DS Salary: Grade 7, £28,629 - £31,937 per annum. 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks working 40 weeks per year Required for September 2026 (subject to satisfactory references and checks.) We are seeking to appoint a committed, compassionate, and highly organised Pastoral Manager to join our dedicated team and play a key role in supporting the wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and personal development of our students. The successful candidate will lead and manage the pastoral care provision within the school, working closely with students, families, staff, and external agencies to ensure that every student feels safe, supported, and able to thrive both personally and academically.
