About the Role

As a Learning Mentor, you will:

Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and personal development
Help children overcome barriers to learning
Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff
Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring sessions
Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour
Work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies to support pupil success

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with children in an educational or pastoral setting
  • Is patient, compassionate, and approachable
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can inspire and motivate young learners
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
