Children's Social Care is looking for full-time administrators to support several teams within this area. This is a key administrative role, we are looking for an experienced, confident and a highly motivated individual who is an effective administrator with an excellent telephone manner. Being methodical and highly organised is an essential part of this role. Good team working skills are also essential to work alongside admin colleagues and multi-agency partners in a fast-paced environment. Duties will include arranging meetings, taking minutes, data recording and day to day administration. Minute taking is an essential part of this role. You will also need excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and deal with a variety of demands often to tight deadlines. Flexibility is key to this role as is experience in taking minutes. You will gain a wide range of skills and experience in a busy and fast paced setting.
