About the Role

The successful candidate will work primarily within Upper Key Stage 2, supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the phase. We are ideally looking for someone with experience across a range of age groups, who can adapt their approach to meet the needs of different learners.

You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging learning opportunities, provide targeted support, and help maintain a positive, purposeful classroom environment. The role also includes the ability to cover classes for short periods of time, ensuring continuity of learning when required.

  • Is punctual, reliable and professional at all times

  • Has the confidence and competence to deliver learning under the direction of teaching staff
