The Governors invite applications from enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to join a happy and successful team in this popular school. The successful applicant will be an excellent classroom practitioner who is motivated and passionate about developing life-long learners.

We require someone who

  • has sympathy with and will support the Christian ethos of the school
  • Has good numeracy and literacy skills
  • has the ability to maintain and develop good relations between home, school, church and the wider community
  • Has commitment and a sense of humour
  • Has good working knowledge of supporting pupil inclusion
  • Can work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities
  • Has experience of working in a primary school, and supporting teaching and learning activities for groups or classes of children under the supervision of the class teacher.
