36.25 hours 6.30am until 10:00am and 2.15pm until 6pm

The Governors of St Hugh’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a highly organised, motivated and forward-thinking individual to lead our site team.

The Site Manager is responsible for the efficient day-to-day management, security, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of a high-quality learning environment fit for all staff, pupils and visitors to our school.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

Is fully committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of our school
Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
Has a ‘can do’ attitude with the flexibility to respond to emergencies or occasional out-of-hours needs
Has strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in a school or similar setting
Is passionately committed to safeguarding and the welfare and wellbeing of children and staff
Has a good sense of humour
