BROOKLANDS PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHING ASSISTANT 2 - Start Date: As soon as possible Brooklands Primary School is a dynamic and forward-thinking school, committed to high expectations and aspirations for our pupils while ensuring the wellbeing and professional fulfilment of our staff. We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to support high-quality teaching and learning across the school, helping pupils to achieve strong academic, social and personal outcomes. The role will involve working with individuals, small groups and whole classes to support learning, promote engagement and foster independence. The successful candidate will also contribute to the wider life of the school and play an important role in creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing environment for all pupils. The year group for this role has not yet been determined and will be matched to the strengths, experience and skillset of the successful candidate, alongside the needs of the school. We are therefore keen to hear from applicants with a range of experiences across the primary phase who can demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting all children to achieve their full potential. This role is ideal for an experienced teaching assistant who is committed to supporting children to achieve their full potential and who can build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
