The main purpose of this role is:
 
  • To work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support student wellbeing and to promote the five outcomes of Every Child Matters
  • To be responsible for all aspects of the organisation of internal and external examinations, including the recruitment, training and deployment of invigilators and the security of examination papers, in line with JCQ requirements; and the effective distribution of certificates.
  • To further develop expertise in the software used by schools for examination entries and assessment.

You are:
 
  • A highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of examination systems and school data processes.
  •  Confident in managing complex timetables, coordinating exam entries and ensuring full compliance with JCQ regulations, you bring excellent analytical skills and the ability to produce accurate reports and maintain secure data systems.
  • Are an effective communicator who can build positive relationships with staff, students and external bodies, while working independently and managing competing priorities. With experience of using school MIS and assessment software, you are proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement, contributing positively to the wider school community and supporting high standards of student achievement and wellbeing.
