The Governors of St Clement’s C.E Primary School are seeking applications for a Level 2, Teaching Assistant.

 We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 2, Teaching Assistant who has experience of working with primary school age children with knowledge of supporting special educational and emotional needs too.

 We need someone who will: -

  • Set high expectations
  • Inspire students to love learning
  • Understands and values the rewards and challenges of working in an urban context
  • Willing to model and support our school ethos
  • Show a strong commitment to safeguarding children 

You will be required to have:
 
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills to GNVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Hold a TA2 qualification
  • A strong understanding of the needs of children who may face challenges which impact on their learning
  • A high level of commitment to the school and community
