The Governors, staff and children of Romiley Primary School seek to appoint a Teaching Assistant with midday responsibilities to join our successful, positive and supportive team.

We have three words that form the bedrock of everything we do: Resilient, Positive, Supportive. We want our children to develop these skills and attributes in a collaborative and supportive community. We learn best, when we learn together.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can uphold and adopt our values to join our team at Romiley. To assist teaching staff with the day-to-day operation and delivery of effective provision for pupils. To work closely with the wider team including teachers, parents and external agencies to ensure that all students are receiving the support they need to be successful in school.

In return, we can offer:-

  • Well-behaved, enthusiastic and delightful pupils.
  • A supportive community including staff, parents, children and governors.
  • A fully inclusive school.
  • Supportive year group teams.
  • Ongoing high-quality development through our personalised approach to CPD.
  • Opportunities for collaborative working.
