Salary Range: Grade 6, SCP 23-25 (£34,434.00 - £36,363.00 FTE, pro rated £30,488.00 - £32,196.00).

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment.

Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and skilled Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team within Upper Key Stage 2. Working in line with the values and vision of the Northern Education Trust, the successful candidate will be committed to ensuring all pupils achieve excellence through high-quality support and intervention. The role will involve delivering targeted intervention programmes to accelerate progress and close gaps in learning, covering PPA sessions across Years 5 and 6, and providing effective support to the Year 6 team in preparing pupils for the next stage of their education. The successful candidate will demonstrate high expectations, strong communication skills and a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive and aspirational learning environment where every child can thrive. They will work collaboratively with colleagues, families and the wider school community to uphold our culture of excellence, innovation and opportunity for all.
