Your Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and dynamic Key Stage 2 teacher to ensure that our children continue to make outstanding progress throughout their primary school life.

About You

To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of good or better classroom practice, particularly in Key Stage 2; be able to work effectively in a team; have an excellent understanding of how children learn and enjoy meeting the challenges that being a class teacher can bring.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Full support of our CARE values, child-centred ethos and restorative approach.
• An excellent, in-depth understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Very high expectations of your teaching, children's progress, attainment and behaviour.
• A commitment to develop and exceed all children’s potential, regardless of their starting points.
• Clear drive and ambition, with a dedication to continuous professional development.
• The ability to communicate effectively with parents/carers, children, governors and staff.
• That you are adaptable to change, new developments and initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude to challenge, self-motivation and a good sense of humour.
• A strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills.
