Salary: Grade 4, £18,067 - £18,944 per annum. £13.26 - £13.90 per hour

31.25 hours per week, term time, working 38 weeks per year

The Governing Body of Canon Sharples invites applications for the post of Level 3 Cover Supervisor to work across school.

The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of the educational needs of children.

The main duties of the post are:

• Supervise prepared learning activities in the short term/unplanned absence of the teacher
• Communicate to pupils the work set by the teacher
• Feedback to pupils and the class teacher
• Promote the social and emotional wellbeing of our children
• Assist with the supervision of pupils out of lesson times
• Work as a TA under the direction of the teacher supporting pupils in class when not required for cover duty
