Salary: Grade 3, £17,344 per annum. £13.26 per hour

2 positions x 30 hours per week, term time, working 38 weeks per year

Temporary until 31^st August 2027

Required for 1^st September 2026

The Governing Board of Canon Sharples invites applications for the post of Level 2 Teaching Assistant.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

• Be enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Have experience of working with children in Key Stage 2 within a nurturing setting
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Have a caring nature and be flexible to the children’s needs
• Able to work well with the class teacher and other members of the team
• Be supportive of the Christian ethos of our school
