Salary: NJC Grade H1/H2 SCP 27-35 £38,220 - £46,142 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Adult Social Care Mental Health Team for a full-time post at 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based at The Gateway Blackpool Football Stadium with the Community Mental Health Team giving the opportunity to work closely with health colleagues to provide the best outcomes for the Blackpool community. 

You will need to be passionate about supporting people with mental health issues in the context of working in a strengths based manner, promoting independence and choice. You will work within the relevant legal frameworks such as the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act. 

The team is a busy but supportive team of social workers and support workers as well as a carers assessor. 

You will be provided with regular and supportive supervision and have access to flexible working arrangements.
