Four Rivers Trust Lunch Administrative Lead and Meal Supervisor Application Deadline: 10 July 2026 Your Role At Four Rivers Family of Schools we believe inclusion is at the heart of what we deliver and we are excited about making learning relevant and pertinent for all our learners. We have taken a leap of faith into a new lunchtime provision for our children in two of our schools. We are looking for a flexible and versatile individual who will be helping us navigate a new lunchtime offer before we expand and roll out the model wider. The post involves some administrative duties selecting and ordering bespoke designed menus to meet the nutritionally balanced requirements of our daily menus across two of our schools. This means a good and competent ability to use IT based systems to order and design menus on line and to meet important deadlines to fulfil orders so that meals are delivered in an appropriate and timely manner. The role will also involve liaison with our meal provider, our schools and taking feedback from our learners to provide nutritional, enjoyable and balanced lunchtime meals. A Level 3 food hygiene qualification and competency in managing the heating, serving and portion control of meals daily in one school. Working with a small team to ensure the food quality and the menu systems are of high standards. We can provide relevant and updated training around the management and activity around food hygiene as well as technical and admin support for the wider administrative tasks. The post will be based at High Lane Primary School but will also oversee our menu options and support our team at Oakgrove School.
